Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Lathe Setup/Programmer at Accura Industries. The role involves programming CNC lathes in Mazatrol or MasterCAM, machining components to precision specifications, and providing training on machine operation and setup. The CNC Lathe Setup/Programmer will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of production processes.

Qualifications

5 years minimum Programming and Machining skills
Experience in teaching or training others
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
Strong attention to detail and precision
Knowledge of CNC lathe operations and setup
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
Certification or training in CNC machining is a plus.
