Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator with a sales recruitment focus to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by coordinating activities, communicating with candidates, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and applicants. The Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in helping the team meet hiring goals efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Management: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • ATS Administration: Update and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact between candidates and hiring teams to provide updates and answer queries.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring schedules align.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings when needed.
  • Reporting: Track metrics and create reports to provide insights into recruitment processes and hiring timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment activities and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales recruitment, HR, or coordination roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS tools, MS Office Suite, and other recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A team player with a positive attitude and a candidate-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume sales recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and tools.
