What We’re Offering
Base Salary: $80,000 to $88,000 (based on experience, skills, and geography)
Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunities – earn up to $35,000+ in your first three years
Hybrid Role: 50% in-person supervision and 50% telehealth
Onboarding Support: Over 60 hours of comprehensive onboarding during the first 3–4 weeks, covering clinical best practices, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments, and Central Reach training. Continued weekly office hours or 1:1 support also available.
Education & Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference with industry leaders, and opportunities to lead research initiatives

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and Support: Provide effective supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring high fidelity in treatment implementation.
Deliver Quality Care: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs; provide parent education and continually evaluate client needs.
Adapt and Grow: Stay calm under pressure, adapt to change, and remain solution-focused.
Collaborate and Communicate: Take initiative, remain open to feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
