What We’re Offering
Total 1st Year Earning Potential: Up to $110,000 including bonuses
Base Salary: $82,000–$95,000 depending on experience, skills, and location
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Monthly/Quarterly Bonus Opportunities: Earn $35,000+ in your first three years
Hybrid Schedule: 50% in-person supervision, 50% telehealth
Robust Onboarding: 60+ hours of structured training in your first month, covering clinical best practices, Central Reach, CPT codes, telehealth assessments, and more
Ongoing Support: Weekly office hours and 1:1 clinical development support available
Education & Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual internal conferences with industry leaders, and opportunities to lead research initiatives
Generous Time Off: 23 days off annually, including 15 PTO days from day one and 1 floating holiday
Flexible Work Hours: Control your schedule Monday–Friday, with evenings available until 8:30 PM (1–2 evenings/week preferred); no required weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead by Example: Support and supervise Behavior Technicians to deliver high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans
Drive Positive Outcomes: Conduct FBAs, create and evaluate ABA programs, and provide parent education and problem-solving
Adapt and Thrive: Handle challenging situations with professionalism and flexibility
Collaborate and Learn: Communicate openly, take initiative, and create a safe space for continuous learning and team success
What We’re Looking For
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB
Active LBA Certification in the state of New Jersey
Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam (covered by our client)
