A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled Energy & Infrastructure Associate to join its Transactions and Development practice group. About the Role

As an associate, you will:

• Work on corporate, project, and structured finance transactions with a focus on energy and infrastructure projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

• Represent development finance institutions and private sector participants in high-profile deals.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop innovative solutions for energy transition challenges.

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents while maintaining a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5–6 years of bank finance experience (class of 2018–2019), with expertise in corporate, project, and structured finance.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (proficiency in Portuguese is valued but not required).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, and leadership potential.

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application (preferred but required within one year of joining).
