About the Role
Business Development Sales Representative

As a Business Development Sales Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the frontline of our sales team, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new opportunities. You’ll play a key role in expanding our pipeline by engaging new prospects and advancing existing opportunities. This is a high-energy, high-impact role perfect for someone who’s driven, strategic, and excited about sales.
What You’ll Do
- Find new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, trade shows, and other lead generation strategies.
- Qualify leads by assessing fit, budget, timeline, key decision-makers, and overall viability.
- Manage and nurture prospects through the sales funnel using a mix of automated campaigns and personalized outreach.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and account executives to keep deals moving forward.
- Keep detailed records of prospect interactions in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Research the market to identify new lead sources and emerging opportunities.
- Hit and exceed key sales metrics, including calls made, emails sent, opportunities created, and meetings booked.
- Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales, lead generation, or prospecting role.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce is a plus).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect with people and build relationships.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and sales tools.
- A self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Resilient and persistent—you don’t get discouraged by a "no."
- A quick learner who can confidently explain and sell our products and services.
- Experience using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) for lead generation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Key Performance Expectations
Primary Goal: Schedule five qualified prospect meetings per week.
Daily Activity Targets: 90 cold calls , four hours of phone outreach, 45 personalized emails
