As a key member of the Major Account Business Division, you will be responsible for both new business development and strategic account management for Japan’s top 50 enterprise companies across the manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and trading sectors. You will partner closely with Sales Engineers and internal/external stakeholders to deliver security-focused digital transformation solutions that align with client needs at the executive level.

As a key member of the Major Account Business Division, you will be responsible for both new business development and strategic account management for Japan’s top 50 enterprise companies across the manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and trading sectors. You will partner closely with Sales Engineers and internal/external stakeholders to deliver security-focused digital transformation solutions that align with client needs at the executive level.
- Develop and manage strategic accounts within Japan’s top-tier manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and trading enterprises.
- Operate in a one-on-one partnership with a dedicated Sales Engineer, collaborating with both internal and external partners to generate new opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Lead consultative sales activities with a focus on becoming a trusted security advisor to executive decision-makers (including CxO-level stakeholders).
- Propose and implement security solutions tailored to client challenges, including the development and execution of actionable business plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product sales and marketing, to raise market awareness and drive pipeline creation within your assigned sector.
- Minimum 5 years of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry
(Experience in security, software, hardware, or SIer sales acceptable) - Proven sales experience with deep knowledge of the manufacturing, electronics, or automotive sectors
- Demonstrated success in enterprise-level sales
- Experience engaging with CxO-level stakeholders
- Prior experience in the cybersecurity or security solutions industry
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- English proficiency (reading and writing level)
- Strong skills in account development and relationship building, including executive-level engagements
- Strategic thinker with the ability to craft and execute account plans based on logical frameworks
- Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work across internal teams to drive business opportunities and build strong internal alliances
