About the Role:

We’re looking for an attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience specifically related to consumer finance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in regulatory litigation and a working knowledge of key federal statutes. Experience with any of the following is a significant plus:

  • Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

  • Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)

  • Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong academic and professional credentials

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach to client service

  • Admission and good standing in at least one of the following state bars:
    California, Nevada, New Mexico, or Oklahoma
    (Admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus)

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience
