What We’re Offering
Total First-Year Earning Potential: Up to $97,000 including attainable bonuses
Base Salary: $78,000 to $87,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
Bonuses: Monthly performance-based bonus opportunities—earn up to $35,000+ over three years
Hybrid Schedule: 50% in-person supervision, 50% telehealth
Comprehensive Onboarding: 60+ hours of training during your first few weeks, including clinical best practices, CPT codes, goal writing, telehealth assessments, and more. Continued support through weekly office hours and 1:1 guidance available.
Ongoing Education & Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, an annual internal conference featuring industry leaders, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives
Time Off: 15 days PTO (accruing from Day 1), 8 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday—totaling 23 days off annually
Flexible Work Hours: Weekday flexibility with availability until 6:00pm most days and ideally one to two evenings a week until 8:30pm. No weekend work unless preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and Mentor: Provide effective supervision and coaching to Behavior Technicians, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with consistency and care
Develop Innovative Programs: Conduct FBAs and create individualized ABA programs. Offer parent training and regular assessments to support client growth
Stay Resilient and Adaptable: Remain professional under pressure, adapt to change, and look for ways to grow in your role
Collaborate with Openness: Take initiative, communicate clearly, and contribute to a team culture centered around learning and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
This position requires a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment physical, and proof or receipt of immunities for MMR and VZV—all provided at no cost to you
