As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for proposing and selling our security platform solutions to major domestic enterprises. You will own a portfolio of approximately 20 large enterprise clients and drive both new business development and expansion within existing accounts. You will join a team responsible for new business development and account management of large-scale enterprise customers. As part of the Major Account Sales Division, the team offers an extensive product and solution portfolio to support customer success and digital transformation.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for proposing and selling our security platform solutions to major domestic enterprises. You will own a portfolio of approximately 20 large enterprise clients and drive both new business development and expansion within existing accounts. This role requires strategic planning, consultative selling, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver value-based security solutions that address critical client challenges.
- Propose and sell integrated security platform solutions to major Japanese enterprises.
- Develop a territory plan for approximately 20 assigned enterprise clients, mapping out which products to introduce to which accounts and when.
- Create detailed account plans for each client and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Manage both new customer acquisition and proposal-based engagement with existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and inside sales teams to generate leads.
- Identify client issues and needs, and develop tailored security solution proposals to address those challenges.
- Work closely with paired Sales Engineers (SEs), product sales/SE teams, and security specialists to execute solutions.
- Foster win-win relationships with partner companies to jointly drive deals.
- Update deal progress regularly in the CRM system.
- Manage and report on quarterly performance goals in weekly forecast meetings.
- Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, study groups, and team discussions.
- 3+ years of direct (high-touch) B2B sales experience
- 3+ years of IT solution sales experience
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers (executives and department heads)
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to develop strategic territory and account plans
- Demonstrated success in achieving quarterly sales targets
- Business-level English (advantageous for staying current on global trends and product updates)
- Experience with security, network, or cloud products
- Highly driven with a strong desire for achievement and professional growth
